O'Donnells Bakery
Andrew McElhinney is the owner of O’Donnell’s Bakery in Laghey Co. Donegal. He purchased the business in 2010 after it went into liquidation and now runs it with the help of his family. The bakery uses both traditional and modern baking techniques and high-quality ingredients to produce delicious wheaten breads, scones, fresh rolls and buns.
The Food Academy has helped us grow our brand. We are now covering counties Donegal, Sligo, Roscommon, Mayo, Galway, Cavan & Monaghan in Supervalu Stores.
