- I am having trouble registering/logging in, what's wrong and who can help me?
If you are trying to register but you are getting this message (EMAIL ADDRESS IS ALREADY BEING USED), this means Supervalu have your email address already. All you need to do is go to the log-in screen and click Forgot Password to create a password for your account.
If you are unable to log-in, click the forgot password link. An email will be sent to you to create a new password. Once you create a new password, log-in as normal.

- Why do I need to register my key fob?
You must register your key fob in order to be able to receive your Rewards and Money Back Vouchers. The Real Rewards points that you have Collect will be converted into Money Back Vouchers before Christmas, Easter and Back to School
These vouchers can be used to get money off your SuperValu shop or they can be used to get money off with our Programme Partners such as Electric Ireland
Along with the Money Back Vouchers, our shoppers will continue to receive relevant product coupons, and at times will receive Money Off Vouchers
- What's new with Real Rewards?
Now you can collect points by using your Real Rewards card in ANY SuperValu or online
For every €1 you spend you will Collect 1 Real Rewards point
You will get Money Back Vouchers by post 3 times per year, when you have Collected at least 250 points. This will be converted into a €2.50 Money Back Voucher to be used in SuperValu or a 250 point voucher to be used with Partners
You can now Collect points with your Bank of Ireland personal credit card, Getaway Breaks, Electric Ireland and eShops

- How will my details be used?
They will enable us to provide you with the rewards that you have Collected.
They will allow us to continuously improve the Real Rewards programme for your benefit.
- How do I access my account details?
You can update your details by logging into your online account, on the Real Rewards App, at the Customer Service desk in store or via the helpdesk on 0818 22 00 88 or Landline 01 9068881
In your account you can:
- See where you have Collected and Spent your points
- Check your points balance
- Link with partners
- Transfer points to family or friends
- Access your Vouchers
- My key fob is lost, stolen or damaged. How can I get a replacement?
Simply pick up a new card instore and you can either login to your online account and add your new card or you can complete a Member Update Form that you will find at the Customer Service desk in store. Your old points balance will be transferred to the new card and your online and App log-in details won't change.
- Will Self Scanners recognise a Real Rewards fob from another store?
Yes, now you can use your Real Rewards card in any SuperValu and the fob will work at the till and on Self Scanners.
- Can I transfer Real Rewards points to Family and Friends?
Yes you can. Login to your online account and click to transfer points
To do so you will be required to enter the point’s quantity and the Real Rewards card owner who you intend to send the points to

Collecting Real Rewards Points
- Where can I Collect points?
You can Collect points in all SuperValu stores. €1 = 1 Real Rewards point.
You can also collect Real Rewards points with your Bank or Ireland personal credit card and Electric Ireland. You must link with these partners before you can start collecting. The points collected with these partners vary
You can collect points by booking a break with Getaway Breaks and when you make a purchase through eShops. The points collected with these partners vary
Points will not be awarded upon the purchase of the following goods: lotto and lottery tickets, phone top-up vouchers, call cards, GAA tickets, gift vouchers, postage stamps, savings stamps, tobacco products, medicines and infant formula products
- Do my Points expire?
Your points will be converted into Money Back Vouchers at 3 x key times of the year
These Money Back Vouchers will have a expiry date of one year and are subject to Terms and Conditions
Other points and Tokens do have an expiry date which varies by the offer they are collected for. Expiry date details are contained within the terms and conditions specific to each reward category and may be subject to change.
- How frequently is my balance updated?
Your account balance should be updated within 24 hours of each in-store transaction. However, updates from transactions with some partners may vary and take longer.
- I think my balance is incorrect. How can I check my transaction details?
Once you are registered you can see your full transaction history on your online account and on the Real Rewards App. You can also ask at the Customer Services in store or via the helpdesk on 0818 22 00 88 or Landline 01 9068881

Using Real Rewards Points
- How can I Use my Points?
At 3 key times during the year we will turn your Real Rewards points into Money Back Vouchers and send them directly to you via post or email. You can also access them on your online account or on your Real Rewards App. The vouchers can be used to get savings on your shop or to save money with partners.

- How will I be sent my rewards?
Your Real Rewards points that you have Collected will be converted into Money Back Vouchers at 3 key times during the year
These vouchers will be sent to you via Post or email and will be available online through your Real Rewards account and on the Real Rewards App
- Can I get cash back for points?
Points cannot be converted back into cash. Your points will be converted into Money Back Vouchers and sent to you at key times of the year.
Money Back Voucher FAQs
- When will I get my Money Back vouchers?
Christmas Money Back vouchers will arrive from 2nd December 2019. If you are due to receive a value of €5 or greater worth of Money Back vouchers, they will be sent to you via post and they will also be available in the voucher section of the Real Rewards app. If you are due to receive €2.50 worth of Money Back vouchers, you will receive your €2.50 Money Back voucher at the checkout when you swipe your Real Rewards card in-store.
- Can I convert my Money Back voucher back to points?
No they cannot be converted back into points.
- How can I find out how much Money Back vouchers I got?
You can check your letter that has been posted to you. You can also access your vouchers on the Real Rewards App and on your Real Rewards account here. If you are due to receive €2.50 worth of Money Back vouchers, you will receive your €2.50 Money Back voucher at the checkout when you swipe your Real Rewards card in-store.
- Why have I not received any Money Back vouchers?
There are 4 likely reasons why you have not received Money Back vouchers:
- You did not have 250 Real Rewards points or more on the 31st October 2019 to qualify for the Money Back mailing
- Your card may not be registered
- You may not have a full address on your account
- You may have an old address on your account

- What denominations do my Money Back vouchers come in?
SuperValu send customers vouchers at 3 key times during the year in values starting at €2.50 to €80 depending on what points they have collected over the allocated period.
- How can I use my Money Back vouchers?
A. You can use your vouchers in 4 ways:
To save when you shop with SuperValu. Vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of the following goods: Lotto and lottery tickets, phone top-up vouchers, call cards, gift vouchers, medicines, postage stamps, fuel, savings stamps, tobacco products and infant formula.
To save with Electric Ireland: €2.50 and €5 vouchers can be used with Electric Ireland to get money off your energy bills. Go to electricirelandrewards.ie to enter the voucher code(s) in your Electric Ireland Rewards account to get €5 or €10 off your bill. You can use up to 2 €2.50 voucher codes per bill or 1 €5 voucher, saving you €10 on your bill.
To save with eir: €2.50 and €5 vouchers can be used with eir, to get money off your broadband/landline bills. Go here to apply the voucher(s) to your eir broadband/landline account.
To save with Aer Lingus. All your Money Back vouchers can be converted into Avios (the currency of AerClub). You can simply convert them here.
- What can I do if my Money Back vouchers are lost/stolen?
If you've lost the voucher you received in the post. They are available on the Real Rewards App and on your Real Rewards account here.
If you don’t have the App or can't log into your Real Rewards account, you can call our customer care line 0818 220088 or Landline 01 9068881. Note lost or stolen Money Back vouchers can only be reissued provided they have not expired or they have not been used.
- Can I use Money Back vouchers on my online shop?
Yes, you can use them when you shop online with SuperValu here. Enter the 9 digit code at the checkout that you find on the voucher.
- When do the Money Back vouchers expire?
Money Back Vouchers are valid for 12 months and the validity dates are clearly stated on the voucher.

- What do I get in the App?
It’s a virtual card so you can access your card number and all your vouchers when you need them.

- Does the app cost anything?
No, the app is free to download and free to own.
- How do I log in to the app?
You can log in to the app with your Facebook or you can log in with your email or Real Rewards card number. You’ll also need to enter your password. You may belong to one of the following 3 categories, 1) a Real Rewards member who has never registered online with SuperValu, 2) a registered member who frequently goes online, and 3) a registered member who has forgotten their password. Please see the following log in instructions:
For a Real Rewards member who has never registered online, then you will have to register using your name, email, fob number and create a password.
For a Real Rewards member who is already registered and active on the web can simple “Login” to the app, either with their “Email and Password” or they can use their “Card Number and Password”.
For a Real Rewards member who is already registered but has forgotten their password, ‘Forgot Password” path in the login page. If a shopper ceases to be an Electric Ireland customer or terminates their Real Rewards account, they will be automatically de-registered from the offer.
- I am having difficulties registering on the app. What can I do?
The Real Rewards App is connected to your online account and the details you would have provided us when signing up in-store. If you have already registered online you must use the same email address and password to login to the App.

- I am having difficulties logging in to the app. What can I do?

- The points on the App are different to the points in my online account, why is this?

- The points on the App are different to the points on my receipt, why is this?
There is a 24 hour delay in updating your points balance on your App. If it does not update 24 hours after your purchase instore please call the Customer Helpdesk on 0818 22 00 88 or Landline 01 9068881 during our opening hours 9.00-9.00 Monday to Friday, 9.00-6.00 on Saturday, 11.00-5.00 on Sunday
- Is WIFI required in the store for the app to work?
No, once you are logged in the information is cached and WIFI is not required.
- Can I use my phone as a Real Rewards card by swiping it in store?
Unfortunately, due to some technical limitations, not all SuperValu stores can scan phones. So you can quote the Real Rewards card number that is displayed just underneath the barcode.
- How do I remove the app?
You can uninstall it just like any other app. Should you download the app again, you won’t need to register twice. You can log-in with your registered email and password.
- How often are offers updated?
You will receive new offers regularly, every 1 to 2 weeks.
Electric Ireland FAQs
- How do I link my accounts?
Link your Real Rewards card number to your Electric Ireland account on the Electric Ireland rewards website, and collect 250 welcome points when you link of the first time
- How do I collect points with Electric Ireland?
Firstly, you must link your Real Rewards card number to your Electric Ireland account. You’ll find instructions on how to link on the Electric Ireland Rewards website. When you link you’ll get 250 welcome points.
You will automatically collect 1 point for every €3 you spend on your Electric Ireland electricity or gas bills going forward.
- How do I use points with Electric Ireland?
Firstly, you must link your Real Rewards card number to your Electric Ireland account. You can use 250 points to get €3 (€5 during Bonus Time from March 1st to April 30th) off your Electric Ireland bill. You can redeem up to three (two times during Bonus Time from March 1st to April 30th) times per bill. If you have dual accounts you can redeem up to six times (four times during Bonus Time from March 1st to April 30th) per billing cycle. You will need to log-in to your Real Rewards account on-line or on the Real Rewards App to convert your points into Electric Ireland vouchers. Once you have converted your points you will be able to enter the 9 digit voucher code into your Electric Ireland rewards account. Alternatively you can use the 9 digit code on your €2.50 Money Back Voucher. It will take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on a customer’s Electric Ireland account.
- Can I still get my Electric Ireland voucher at the till?
Unfortunately no, you will need to log-in to your Real Rewards account on-line or on the Real Rewards App to convert your points into Electric Ireland vouchers. Once you have converted your points you will be able to enter the 9 digit voucher code into your Electric Ireland rewards account. You will see the discount on your bill.
- I haven’t received points from Electric Ireland, what can I do?
Please allow 30 days for points to appear in your Real Rewards account. If it has been more than 30 days please call the helpdesk.
- Are there restrictions on who can avail of this offer?
Customers do not have to be with Electric Ireland for a specific duration and there are no restrictions on customers who are on price plans or discounts. All residential ROI Electric Ireland customers can sign up to the Electric Ireland Rewards programme. Electric Ireland’s business customers cannot sign up to the Electric Ireland Rewards programme.
- Is it open to customers who pay in Post Office or via Tokens?
Customers who pay at the Post Office, use Token Meters, pay by direct debit or Pay as You Go can avail of this offer. They have to go on-line to redeem money off their energy bill and they will earn real rewards points for paying their bill.
- Is it limited to one Electric Ireland account?
Customers can register up to 2 accounts, either 2 Electricity accounts, 2 Gas accounts or 1 Electricity and 1 Gas.
- What information must I provide?
The following are mandatory information required to sign up to Electric Ireland Rewards Electric Ireland Contract: Account, Name, DOB, e-mail and mobile number. The customers e-mail is mandatory as it will become their username to access the Electric Ireland Rewards programme.
- What happens if I change providers?
If a shopper ceases to be an Electric Ireland customer or terminates their Real Rewards account, they will be automatically de-registered from the offer.
- What is the eir / Real Rewards partnership?
eir are now a partner in the SuperValu Real Rewards programme. Register your eir residential account and you’ll get 1 point for every €2 paid on your eir bill. And you can also use your Real Rewards Money Back vouchers to save up to €60 off your eir account annually.
- How do I link my accounts to start earning points and saving €60 off my bill?
The offer is open to residential customers who have a voice and / or broadband or a bundle account. Customers with mobile accounts only can’t avail of the offer (prepay or postpay). However, if you bundle your account with one of eirs fixed line, broadband or TV bundles you will be able to join the programme.
To link your account, log into your my eir online account service go to my.eir.ie, select the account you want to link, and enter your Real Rewards card number. It will take up to 48 hours for your account to be registered and start collecting points for bill payment or to use a voucher. Once your Real Rewards and eir account are registered, you’ll also get 100 welcome points.
- How do I collect points with eir?
After registering your account on my eir, you will automatically get 1 point for every €2 paid on your eir bill, you’ll also get 100 welcome points. You will see these points on your Real Rewards account on the app or website. It may take up to 7 days for these points to appear on your Real Rewards account after paying your bill.
- How much can I save off my bill?
You can get €60 off your eir bill in any one rolling annual period. The annual period begins from the date you use your first set of points or Money Back voucher. If you try to use above €60, you will be reminded that you have reached you max discount. But don’t worry, you will still be able to use those points with another Real Rewards partners (and you’ll continue to collect points for your eir bill payments).
- How do I use Real Rewards points or vouchers with eir?
You will need to log into your Real Rewards account online or on the Real Rewards app, and use your points or Money Back vouchers to get the discount against your eir bill. You can use 250 Real Rewards points to get €3 off your eir bill or use 500 points to get €6 off your eir bill. The credit will appear on your bill as ‘eir Real Rewards Voucher’.
It may take up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your eir account and you will see the credit on your bill when it issues. The value of your credit is net of VAT, so for example a €6 credit will appear as a €4.88 credit and the remaining €1.22 will be a reduction off the VAT.
- What are Double Up events?
You will also be able to double the value of your points 3 times a year, at Real Rewards eir double up events. During this period, your points are worth twice their face value for a limited time. So 250 Real Rewards points will be worth €5, and 500 Real Rewards points, worth €10. These double up events can be used against your nominated eir account. You will receive notification of these bonus periods from SuperValu and eir (if you are signed up to receive marketing communications). Again, the value of your credit will appear on your bill net of VAT.
- Are there any payment types I won’t get points for?
You won’t collect points for the following:
• a credit placed on your eir account and then refunded by us before your next bill is due
• payment of a security deposit to eir
• payment for the re-connection fee to eir
• payment against an eir bill which is more than 60 days overdue
- What if I don’t have a my eir account?
Setting up a my eir account couldn’t be easier. You’ll need you eir account number, an email address and your telephone number (or your broadband reference number for Broadband only customers).
- What if I don’t have a Real Rewards online account to use points or Money Back vouchers?
Log on to SuperValu.ie/eir. All you need is your Real Rewards card number and an email address.
- How much can I save off my bill?
You can get €60 off your eir bill in any one rolling annual period. The annual period begins from the date you use your first voucher. If you try to use above €60, you will be reminded that you that have reached you max discount. But don’t worry, you will still be able to use those points with another Real Rewards partner (and you’ll continue to collect points for your eir bill payments).
Is it limited to one eir account?
Yes, this offer is limited to one eir account linked to one Real Rewards card. Once you nominate the account you want linked to your Real Rewards card to collect points on and use vouchers against, this account will remain the linked account going forward.
Your account number may change if you change the products or bundle you purchase from eir. But eir will register this new account number as your new linked account and advise us as well, to ensure you don’t miss points. You won’t have to re-register in my eir or on your Real Rewards account.
If you cease to be an eir customer, your account will be de-registered from the offer within 60 days. Remember not to use a voucher off a ceased account as the voucher will not be able to be applied, and you will lose your voucher value.
Please allow 7 days for points to appear in your Real Rewards account. If it has been more than 7 days please call the Real Rewards helpdesk on 0818 22 00 88 or Landline 01 9068881 during our opening hours 9.00-9.00 Monday to Friday, 9.00-6.00 Saturday, 11.00-5.00 on Sunday, and they can check your account.
You won’t see it until your next billing period. It will take up to 7 days for the discount to appear on your eir account, so it may cross over billing periods.
If it has been more than 7 days please call the Real Rewards helpdesk on 0818 22 00 88 or Landline 01 9068881 during our opening hours 9.00-9.00 Monday to Friday, 9.00-6.00 Saturday, 11.00-5.00 on Sunday, and they can check your account.
Getaway Breaks FAQs
- How do I collect points with Getaway Breaks?
It’s simple. When you book a break on SuperValuGetawayBreaks.com you will be asked for your Real Rewards card number. Enter your card number to book the break. You will collect 1 point for every €1 you spend on the break. You will see the points on your account after you checkout of your booked accommodation.
- How do I book a Getaway Break?
All you need to do is go to SuperValuGetawayBreaks.com, browse all the break options and when you go to book you’ll be asked for your Real Rewards card number. You must enter it so you can collect points on your booking.
- Do I still need points to book a Getaway Break?
If a shopper ceases to be an Electric Ireland customer or terminates their Real Rewards account, they will be automatically de-registered from the offer.
- I’m missing points from Getaway Breaks, what can I do?
Your points won’t show on your account until after you checkout of your booked accommodation. If your point still don’t show after you checkout then please contact the helpdesk.
- How do I use eShops?
Go to the SuperValu website and go to the Real Rewards section – there will be a link to visit the eShops site. Once you’re on the eShops site you can browse over 100 brands. Choose the website you want to shop on - click the Collect Points button and you’ll be brought to that site to shop as normal. Don’t forget to log-in to Real Rewards or else your points won’t be tracked. After you’ve bought something, your points will typically be confirmed in 35 days, excluding travel bookings, which will be confirmed once you have completed your stay.
- What type of brands are on eShops?
There are over 100 brands including Debenhams, eBay, Eason, Expedia and ASOS. There’s a full list of the brands on the eshops website
- How long do I need to wait for my eShops points to be confirmed?
They will typically be confirmed in 35 days, excluding travel bookings, which will be confirmed once you have completed your stay.
- If I buy something on an eShops brand website and forget to log in to my Real Rewards account will I still get my points?
Unfortunately in order to be eligible for any Real Rewards points you do need to be logged in to your Real Rewards account first and then complete your purchase immediately and wholly online. If you forget to log in there is no record on your account that your transaction started from eShops. As such the retailer cannot tell where the transaction came from so they won’t award any points.
- I am missing points from an eShops purchase, what do I do?
Visit the FAQ page on eShops website and you will get detailed instructions on how to query your missing points.
- My points from eShops are showing as pending – can I use them?
When the purchase is tracked, it will be given a ‘Pending’ status for typically 35 days. You cannot spend them until they change to ‘confirmed’.
- Can I use my points on eShops?
Unfortunately you cannot use points on eShops. You can use points on Electric Ireland, Get Away Breaks, or save them to get money off your shop when we send you Money Back vouchers.
- How do I link my Real Rewards card and Visa Debit or Credit card?
To link your cards, go to SuperValu.ie/Visa or the Real Rewards app, log in and follow the instructions. You will need your Visa card number, Expiry date and CVV. It will take up to 5 days for your card to successfully link, you will see this on the site/app. Patricipating Irish Banks include: Allied Irish Bank (AIB), Bank of Ireland, Permament TSB and Ulster Bank.
- Can my family all use the same Real Rewards account and link multiple Visa debit and/or credit cards?
Yes, you can link your family members’ Visa debit and/or credit card to the same Real Rewards account, however, you can only link a maximum of 2 Visa debit or credit cards to the same Real Rewards account. Please note you will only collect 250 welcome points for the first Visa card you link but not for additional Visa cards linked. You will need to complete the linking process for each card separately. Additional cardholders’ cards are automatically linked to the principal cardholder’s Real Rewards account. Principal cardholder is the Visa card account holder whose name appears on the monthly credit card statement.
- My card hasn’t linked after 10 days, what do I do?
Please re-enter your details correctly in the cards linking form. If you still have issues linking, please contact the Customer Helpdesk on 0818 22 00 88 or Landline 01 9068881.
- I don’t have an Irish Visa debit or credit card; can I still link?
This offer is only open to any valid Irish Visa debit or credit card from any bank card (but not any Visa Pre-paid cards). To get a Visa debit or credit card please contact your local bank.
- How will I know my Irish Visa Debit or Credit card has been linked?
You can log back onto the Real Rewards website or app and click on the 'Manage Card' button to see all Linked/ Pending / Failed to Link Visa cards. When your card is in linking phase the website/app will show your card as 'PENDING' status but after a max of 5 days, upon successful linking, the status will disappear. In the case of a Failed Linking the status will change to 'Failed to Link'.
- When will I receive my 250 welcome points?
It can take up to 10 days for welcome points to be added to your Real Rewards account.
- Can I link more than one Real Rewards account to my Irish Visa card?
No, you can only use one Real Rewards account to link up to two Visas.
- Does SuperValu store my Irish Visa card information?
No, SuperValu does not hold any card information – customers link on the SuperValu website via a secure Visa webpage. Visa store the Debit and Credit card information securely.
- How will I know I’ve earned my Visa points?
On your Real Rewards statement, there will be a line for “SuperValu Earn” and a new line from “Visa” – the points from SuperValu and Visa will hit the account at the same time, in the majority of cases.
- Can I sign up any other way to link my Irish VISA cards to Real Rewards?
The sign-up process is online only at present, you will need to either link via the Real Rewards app or the desktop website from a lap top or computer.
- What if my Irish Visa card is lost or stolen?
You will need to delete your old card from the Real Rewards site/app and add the new card. Points will then stop accruing on the old “lost or stolen” card.
- What will I collect points on with my Irish Visa debit or credit card?
You will collect 250 welcome points within 10 days of linking your first Visa Debit or Credit card. From then on you will collect points simply by paying with your linked Visa debit and/or credit card in any SuperValu store in the Republic of Ireland and via SuperValu Online Shopping. No, you simply can log in to your current Real Rewards account and add your new card number. Your account details will not change.
- I have had to replace my Irish Visa debit or credit card; do I need to re-link my Real Rewards account with my new Irish Visa debit or credit card?
Yes, if your Irish Visa card number has changed, you will need to add this new card. If your Visa card number has not changed, you do not need to take further action.
- I used my Irish Visa Debit or Credit card but the points are not showing up on my Real Rewards account, why is this?

- I have waited more than 10 days and my points are still not showing on my Real Rewards account, what do I do?
If the SuperValu transaction is appearing on your Irish Visa Debit or Credit card statement but not on your Real Rewards account and you have successfully linked, please contact the Customer Helpdesk on 0818 22 00 88 or Landline 01 9068881. If the transaction is not appearing on your Debit or Credit card statement, contact your bank to confirm the transaction.
- I used my Visa debit or credit card on my SuperValu shop but I received less points from Visa than from SuperValu, why is this?
If you part-paid with a Spend & Save voucher or Money Back voucher you will receive Real Rewards points on your Real Rewards card on your overall shopping basket total but will only receive Real Rewards points on your Visa card based on the amount you are actually paying for and putting on your card.
- What happens when I try to link a previously linked Irish VISA Debit or Credit card?
If you deleted your previously linked Irish Visa card from your Real Rewards account and are now trying to re-add the same Visa Debit or Credit card (to the same or different Real Rewards account), the Visa card can be added as usual to the Real Rewards account, but no welcome bonus points will be awarded as the Visa card has already been linked before.
- What happens when I delete a linked Irish Visa card from my Real Rewards account?
Should you delete a Visa card from your existing Real Rewards account, it will take up to 24 hours. You can re-add the Visa Debit or Credit card then to the same Real Rewards account or any other Real Rewards account that you might have within the 24 hour window, but you will not receive a further welcome bonus of 250 points as this Visa card has been linked before.
- What happens if I add a new Real Rewards card to a Real Rewards account which already has Visa Debit or Credit cards linked?
When you add another Real Rewards card via the SuperValu Real Rewards website or via the call centre, the newly added Real Rewards card automatically becomes your primary card for the account, the already linked Visa cards work as normal.
- How can I link my Irish Visa Debit or Credit card that I have in Apple or Google Pay?
You will require the actual physical Visa debit or credit card but once linked the Real Rewards (& Visa) points will be added to your Real Rewards account when paying via Apple Pay or Google Pay.

- How can I find out what my AerClub membership number is?
Your AerClub membership number is 16 digits long and starts with 308147.
You will find your membership number on the AerClub welcome email (titled time to unlock your travel benefits) or on your AerClub on-line account. It can also be accessed through the Aer Lingus mobile app.
- How do I check my AerClub Avios balance?

You will need to log in using the username and password that you used when you created your AerClub account.
- What are Avios?
Avios are the reward currency of AerClub. By collecting Avios, you can turn your flights and everyday spending into exciting travel rewards.
Collect Avios whenever you fly with Aer Lingus and their selected airline partners as well as on the ground with retail, travel and leisure partners. You can then use your Avios points to book flights with Aer Lingus and their partner airlines.

- How do I use/spend my AerClub Avios?
Log into your AerClub account at www.aerlingus.com/aerclub and click on spending Avios. This will take you to the Avios website in Ireland where you can use the flight search to find available reward flights.
- How do I collect Avios at SuperValu?
You will need to be a member of Real Rewards, the loyalty programme for SuperValu customers. You will collect Real Rewards points every time you shop in-store.
You can convert a minimum of 50 Real Rewards points into Avios by logging into your Real Rewards account and selecting the Aer Lingus in the ‘Use Points’ section. Select the number of Real Rewards points you would like to exchange and your AerClub membership number. Avios will be added to your AerClub membership account within 7 working days.
- Do I need to enter my AerClub membership number every time I exchange Real Reward Points to Avios?
You will need to enter your 16 digit AerClub number for the first transaction. Your AerClub membership number will be saved for future exchanges.
- Avios are not showing on my AerClub account. What do I do?
If you have converted your Real Rewards points, please allow 7 days for the Avios to be credited to your AerClub account. If they are not showing on your account after 7 days, call 1890800258.
- Do my Avios expire?
Your Avios do not expire as long as you continue to collect. You will need to collect a minimum of 1 Avios within a 36 month period.
- Can I change my Avios back into Real Rewards points?
No, once the Real Rewards points have been exchanged to Avios you cannot reverse the transaction.
SuperValu Insurance FAQs
You will collect 500 Real Rewards points when you buy your annual Travel Insurance with us. You will collect 1,000 Real Rewards points on Car Insurance and 2,000 Real Rewards points on Home Insurance. The points awarded will vary from time to time so please see the offer applicable at the time.
How long will it take before the Points are awarded?
Points will be awarded 28 days after your policy commencement dat.
