Wafers Cone
Method
Freeze 250g/9oz of the strawberries, honey and yoghurt until set in a container (2cm thick) for 2 hours or until firm.
Remove from the freezer then spoon the mixture in to a liquidizer and blitz until smooth.
Fold the blitzed yoghurt mixture into the cream and add the remaining strawberries, roughly chopped.
Scoop into a wafer cone, add a flake and enjoy immediately.
