This traditional recipe is a wonderful stuffing for Turkey or Goose.

  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Parsley Flat Leaf
  • 1 tbsp SuperValu Fresh Thyme
  • 2 cloves SuperValu Garlic crushed
  • 2 - SuperValu Onion finely diced
  • 1 tsp SuperValu Salt
  • 450 g SuperValu Sausagemeat


  1. In a large bowl mix together the sausagemeat and add the chopped herbs.
  2. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Add the finely diced onions and garlic and using your hands to combine all the ingredients together.
  4. Place the stuffing in the cavity of the Turkey and cook as per instructions or alternatively place in a baking tin and cover in foil, cook for 25 - 30 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
