Breakfast is an important kick start to the day, but many leave out the vegetables in this meal. Smoothies are a great way of getting them into the diet.

Ingredients

  • 0.5 - Beetroot
  • 10 cm Cucumber chopped
  • 2 tbsp Greek Yoghurt
  • 1 handfull Spinach
  • 2 tbsp SuperValu Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 50 g SuperValu Porridge Oats
  • 200 ml Unsweetened Almond Milk coconut milk or soya milk

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth.
