400gBaked Beans
drained and rinsed
400gChickpeas
drained and rinsed
0.25tspChilli Powder
800gChopped Tomatoes
3clovesGarlic

0.5tspGround Black Pepper
2tbspGround Cumin
400gKidney Beans
drained and rinsed
250gOnion
chopped
4 - Spring Onions

70gVegan Tomato Purée
1 - Yellow Pepper

Method
Heat the oil in a large pot set over a medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and fry for 2 minutes, until browned. Add the spring onions and yellow pepper and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add all the beans and mix together, then stir in the chopped tomatoes, tomato purée and spices. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
