Quick Peppercorn Sauce Quick Peppercorn Sauce
This simple sauce is the perfect accompaniment for steak or beef.

  • 100 ml Beef Stock
  • 3 tbsp Double Cream
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar


While your cooked steak is resting...
  1. Tip in vinegar to deglaze the pan and allow to bubble for a few seconds.
  2. Pour in stock.
  3. Reduce by half.
  4. Add the cream, some salt if needed, and lots of black pepper.
  5. Cook for 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy.
