Punchy Pesto Pasta
This is a real crowd-pleaser for all ages and can be served hot or cold. It's ideal to prepare ahead of time and pop in the fridge until you are ready.

Ingredients
- 1 handfull Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 handfull Fresh Rocket to serve
- 1 pot Parmesan Cheese to serve
- 400 g Penne Pasta
- 150 g Pesto
Method
- In a large pot, boil the pasta according to the packet instructions.
- Drain the pasta, then mix in a good serving of the green pesto, to your own taste.
- Quarter the cherry tomatoes and add them to the pasta with the rocket.
- Mix everything together and finish off with a good grating of cheese
