Method
Skin, de-seed and chop the pumpkin.
Slice the carrots and the onion.
Place the onions and carrots in a sauce pan and add the stock and simmer for approx 10 min's until the carrots have softened slightly.
Add the pumpkin and the milk and simmer for a further 10 min's.
Allow to cool, when cool, place in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Taste and season if necessary.
