Horseradish Mash

  • 1 - Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish
  • 2 tbsp SuperValu Butter
  • 100 ml SuperValu Cream
  • 600 g SuperValu Potatoes cut into chunks


1. Boil the potatoes in a pan of salted water for approx 15 minutes or until tender.  

2. Mash the potatoes or pass through a ricer.   

3. In a small saucepan heat the cream and add the butter.   Pour over the mashed potatoes. 

4. Add the horseradish and mix through the potato, season with a little salt and pepper.
