  • 3 tbsp Aleyna Sun Kissed Sundried Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Jamie Oliver Green Pesto
  • 300 ml SuperValu Cream
  • 4 - SuperValu Fresh Chicken Fillets chopped
  • 350 g SuperValu Fusilli Pasta
  • 2 - SuperValu Onion chopped
  • 0 - SuperValu Parmesan Cheese Shavings for topping


  1. Cook the pasta to directions on packet.
  2. As the pasta is cooking, fry the chopped onions in some butter, when softened, add the chicken.
  3. When the chicken has cooked through (check by cutting a piece in half and ensuring it is white & opaque all the way through)add the sundried tomatoes, the cream and the pesto and simmer for a maximum of 5 minutes over a medium heat, to allow the cream to reduce to a saucy consistency.
  4. Season to taste.
  5. Drain pasta, combine and serve.
  6. Grate parmesan over the top if desired.
