Barbecue Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 tsp Fresh SuperValu Mixed Chilli crushed
- 1 tbsp Peanut Oil
- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 cloves SuperValu Garlic peeled and crushed
- 1 tbsp SuperValu Honey
- 150 ml SuperValu Soy Sauce
Method
- Combine the soy sauce, vinegar, honey and oil in a jug.
- Add in the crushed garlic and chilli and stir to combine.
- Pour the marinade into a sterilised bottle and seal.
- Refrigerate after use.
