Top with your own favourite healthy toppings, including some of your 5 a day!

Ingredients

  • 1 pinch SuperValu Chia Seeds
  • 140 g Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 4 tbsp Greek Yoghurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 handfull Kiwi fruit (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 handfull Mango (fresh and cubed)
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 pinch SuperValu Milled Flax Seed

Smoothie Bowl:

  • 1 - Banana

Suggested Toppings:

  • 1 handfull Banana (slices)

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients into the blender.
  2. Start at a low speed. As the frozen mango breaks down, turn up the speed and blend to a creamy texture.
  3. Spoon into your favourite bowl and decorate with toppings.
