Ingredients
- 30 g SuperValu Fresh Basil
- 2 cloves SuperValu Garlic crushed
- 1 - SuperValu Lemon Juice
- 100 mls SuperValu Olive Oil
- 25 g SuperValu Parmesan Cheese Shavings
- 1 dstspn SuperValu Pine Nuts
- 25 g SuperValu Rocket Leaves
- 0 - SuperValu Whole Black Peppercorns
Method
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor or puree with a hand blender until smooth.
