Your final Money Back Vouchers are here!

Money Back Vouchers can be used to save on your shopping both in-store and online. If you collected Real Rewards points between the 3rd of February 2022 and the 18th of May 2022, you have qualified for Money Back Vouchers. These can be used to save on your shopping in-store or online.

Vouchers will be available on the Real Rewards app, please check your app first for your vouchers. If you don't have our app, your vouchers will arrive to you by post or will be issued to you at the till in-store. You can also access your vouchers here on the website. Login here

Money Back FAQ's

Q. Why has my points balance disappeared?

A. As this is your final Money Back we have converted your final Real Rewards points to Money Back vouchers and removed your points balance from your account. Your Money Back vouchers are based on the points collection period from 3rd February 2022 to 18th May 2022. 

Q. When and how will I get my Money Back vouchers?

A. From 15th August download/check the Real Rewards app for your Money Back vouchers. Non app users who receive up to €5 in Money Back vouchers will receive them at a manned till from the 18th August when they scan their Real Rewards card in-store. Non app users who receive more than €5 in Money Back vouchers will receive them via a posted statement.  These vouchers will also appear on your app. You can login to your online account here.

Q. Can I convert my Money Back vouchers back to points?

A. No they cannot be converted back into points. The programme no longer includes the collection of points so Money Back vouchers cannot be converted back to points. 

Q. How can I find out how much Money Back vouchers I get?

A. You can check your statement that has been posted to you. You can also access your vouchers on the Real Rewards App and on your Real Rewards online account here. As this is your final Money Back your points may have been rounded up to the nearest 50. If you are due to receive €0.50/€5.00 worth of Money Back vouchers you will receive your Money Back voucher at the checkout when you scan your Real Rewards card in-store at a manned till. 

Q. Why have I not received any Money Back vouchers?

A. There are 4 likely reasons why you have not received Money Back vouchers:

  1. You did not have Real Rewards points on the 19th May 2022 to qualify for Money Back mailing 
  2. Your card may not be registered
  3. You may not have a full postal address on your account
  4. You may have an old postal address on your account

Q. What denominations do my Money Back vouchers come in?

A. As this is the final Money Back, SuperValu will issue vouchers in values starting at €0.50 to €80 depending on what points have been collected over the allocated period. Voucher denominations are solely at Musgrave Limited discretion and once issued cannot be changed. 

Q. How can I use my Money Back vouchers?

A. When you receive the final Money Back vouchers in August 2022 you can use them to save when you you shop with SuperValu in-store or online. Vouchers cannot be used for the purchase of the following goods: Lotto and lottery tickets, phone top-up vouchers, call cards, gift vouchers, medicines, postage stamps, fuel, savings stamps, tobacco products, infant formula and alcohol products (in line with government legislation). The Real Rewards card bearing the same serial number as the Money Back Voucher must be presented when redeeming. Vouchers are redeemable online for selected SuperValu stores only.

Q. What can I do if my Money Back vouchers are lost/stolen?

A. If you've lost the voucher you received in the post, your voucher will be available on the Real Rewards App and on your online Real Rewards account here.

Note: lost or stolen Money Back vouchers can only be reissued provided they have not expired or they have not been used.

Q. Can I use Money Back vouchers when shopping online with SuperValu?

A. Yes you can use them when you shop online with SuperValu here. Simply enter the 9 digit code on your voucher at the checkout. Enter the 9 digit code at the checkout that you find on the voucher. The Real Rewards card bearing the same serial number as the Money Back Voucher must be presented when redeeming. To redeem this voucher either: (a) present the voucher with your Real Rewards card in-store at time of payment; or (b) when prompted, insert the online code provided overleaf when shopping on www.SuperValu.ie. Vouchers are redeemable online for selected SuperValu stores only.

Q. When do the Money Back vouchers expire?

A. Money Back vouchers are valid for 12 months and the validity dates are clearly stated on the voucher. A voucher can be redeemed once during this period only.
